I feel blessed that discipline is one of my strengths.

It might not be so beautiful during the training, but it's definitely beautiful after the gym :)
Trying to remember this as I approach my weigh in tomorrow morning. I know I have worked hard, so I have to keep the scale as just one indicator of progress.
I know I keep saying it, but slow and steady progress is my game :)
I love that BodySpace touches on all of this...lots of positivity and promotion of eating better and exercising regularly...how can you not feel good?
Don't get sidetracked by the hype.... just focus on being your best you.
