One of my photographs showing at a gallery opening tonight :) An eerie theme for October and Halloween.

Picked this book up in the mid 1980s & began some training at a 24hr Nautilus. Then joined an Iron Works gym old school power lifters & bodybuilders, left because of the pressure to use steroids. Glad I did but sorry I walked away from lifting.
