Robert making the best of us not going to the gym. I helped as much as possible but think he got a few extra shovels in. If shoveling replaced Good Mornings I think I would have hit a PR. lol! Hope all are safe and have a good night. XO

Not sure why they are starting a travel ban. lol! But that means No Gym! :( Not happy about that. Will play catch up on my training plan the next 2 days.

Hense why I'm running late to the gym. My laundry and hair are done. Sore as hell from yesturday's chest work out, but never the less, I have my goals. My pain tells me that I have made improvements. OFF TO THE GYM!!! LETS GET IT!!!!
