After cardio and abs yesterday morning basically ate and drank whatever I wanted. Still staying away from alcohol for now. The most strenuous I did was the operate the TV remote. Oh well, back at it tomorrow. Hope you had a great weekend.

Well, the weather cooperated. Golf, lunch, & sports memorabilia auction. Picked up a Nick Saban signed SI. Bama vs LSU. Raised over 40k for a family who lost everything in a fire. A few of us kicked in a little more. A great time & cause
