True, a persons body is a reflection of their lifestyle. Those of us who have been in this for a while with gained experience can tell fairly quick by actions/attitude/comments if another is going to achieve. Accept one's advice who has proof.
In regards to anything, but specifically in health and fitness: Don't lie to yourself, don't make an excuse, stay motivated, surround yourself with positive encouragement, and let the good times roll!
Stay alert, be on point. Watch where you step, snakes lay everywhere. If they are not a positive influence in your life, they need to exit the circle.
