Met some great people at the Redneck Run last week end and raised some money for a good cause!
If it comes near you it is worth doing, just a 5K with some obstacles...
If you get a chance to do a Tough Mudder, definitely do it, a lot of good people and a great cause. I wanted to thank the people on here for making me aware of it,we had an awesome time in KC last weekend!!
