peanut butter and banana sandwiches are fabulous. i've found the bananwich to be an even tastier (and a bit less carby) replacement. not sure if these are already popular, but sharing in case not.
Salad in a Jar! Dressing in the Jar First, then Grains (if used)crunchy veggies' and Salad. Can be made day before. Putting these to use when I can eat raw veg again.
