15min lunch: baked eggplant, topped with diced tomatoes, spinach and garlic
Grilled lamb chops, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, fresh corn and steamed spinach
Today's lunch / 3rd meal. Not really hungry so munchin on some soy beans
Lunch: chicken, asparagus, onion, shallots and garlic over quinoa
Was having trouble hitting my carbs, so I added some organic brown rice gluten free cakes to my routine :) been helpful!
Treat meal for the week.
Pork tenderloin
Quinoa, oats, peaches, blueberries, almonds and eggs. Starting Monday right
Nothing fancy today: Baked chicken breast, homemade sauce, steamed beans.
