Lunch: broccoli, turkey, eggs, onion, tomatoes, and olive oil. Plenty of dietary fat, protein, fiber, and some carbs. What's for dessert you ask? Ben & Jerry's, because I gotta refill my glycogen stores somehow!

Breakfast!
Dinner tonight: quinoa, sauteed asparagus, baked chicken breast, garlic olive oil and some Mrs. Dash spices!
Lunch: sweet potato, asparagus, chicken and garlic olive oil!
