Instead of snacking on chips or cookies, I sliced a cucumber, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled w/salt & pepper. I'm learning to train my brain to crave what my body needs. ;-)

I'm sure I've gone waaay over my caloric intake for this meal but it is my new favorite!!! :) The Livefit 12 week program has really increased my appetite, so I'm trying to consume more of the good stuff to satisfy my hunger. :#HealthyEating
