I swear they aren't burnt. Chocolate apple pie pancakes.... jacked full of protein of course!!

I like coffee for the bitter taste, I like unflavored BCAAs for the same reason.... just made sense to mix them together.
I get asked quite a bit how I keep my food interesting....

Make as many or as few as you like... probably better to make few. So you don't eat them all at once for every cup of chocolate you need about 1/2tsp oil.
fitness life hack: oats on the go. I pack a mason jar with oats & I don't have a hot water kettle in my car, I found out mcdonald's gives hot water for free even if you don't buy anything else. Mcdonalds fits my diet, who knew.
