Add or subtract brown rice for meal/snack.
Add siracha to make it "chili"
Brown rice, edamame, and grilled chicken breast
Simple and effective for pre/post workout (but not good post before bed).
Tiny bit of salt (or no salt) and pepper and good to go. Also good seasoning, mrs dash.
