This is the issue I see with so many people... you guys are starving yourself and have absolutely no self control at a bite... that’s absolutely wrong and you have to confront that issue... macros and balance >
Can’t stress this enough... if you think you’re eating “clean” and yet you aren’t making progress and you have no idea what your caloric intake is you’ll fail.. every time
Olive oil has been shown to help heart, brain and metabolic health.. just to name a few... I remind all my clients how beneficial olive oil is, and I actually allow using TONS of it! All concerns or questions comment below, I’ll enlighten you!

Macros... The ability to eat the foods you enjoy on a daily basis, nothing off limits, no cravings, no depressing meals... this was a quick on the go supermarket run yesterday... Fiber, Protein, MICROnutrients covered :)
I preach macros because I enjoy controlling my nutrition life and snacking when I please.. The real benefit though is having proper nutrition like my breakfast here though!
An example of my macros today... 3600 calories.. 566 grams of carbs ;) I've been working up my metabolism and macros for awhile know! 566 and losing weight is impressive huh ;) Boring foods today though, but ehh whatevs I didn't have ice cream lmao
Yes, it is absolutely possible to fit this in your macros.. No it's not necessary.. But if you have an urge eat it, and since it's within macros,although unhealthy it won't setback your weight loss at all.. Unlike crashing and bingeing will..
