I cant believe I used to think I couldn't diet and eat chocolate covered pancakes at 9pm. There is a better way!
Afternoon snack yesterday. Spinach and tilapia salad topped with mustard vinegar and sliced almonds. Rice cakes topped with tomatoes and feta cheese on the side!
