Fit fam, you all inspire me so much! Thank you. I'm so inspired that I have decided to start a healthy food blog combining my love of tasty food with my interest in fitness and nutrition. Still working out the look of it but more to come!

Merry Christmas morning Fit Fam! Post workout breakfast today: Three egg white scramble plus one whole egg (runny yolks = yumminess), water-sautéed spinach and mushrooms, and a slice of Ezekiel toast. I love days off when I have time to cook!

Turkey chili made with low sodium black beans and diced tomatoes (234kCal, 24p, 13c, 8f per serving) plus a little reduced fat shredded cheese on top. Super easy to make and very satisfying.
