That USED to be me. Now I avoid the middle aisles as much as possible, and stuff a protein bar in my mouth before I shop if I'm hungry!

VICTORY WON! Sometimes it's the smallest victories that mean the most. I made these for my family and didn't take one bite! I haven't had sugar in 3 weeks and counting!

Did you know that most of flavour is smell? Here is my tip for those crazy cravings! Grab your HUGE GLASS OF WATER, and your CRAVED WEAKNESS. Mark it "DO NOT EAT, SMELL ONLY". In my house it is the Nutella jar. Drink back that water, take a sniff
