My zero starch meal, good for a low carb day. Chicken breast, pumpkin, red & green bellpeppers, spring onions, xtra virgin olive oil, dry rosemary, sea salt, black pepper.All grilled, oliv oil added later wen done + avocado & sour pomegranate yum :)

today's pre workout meal.Omelette: (2 eggs, 4 whites) spring onions, green bell peppers, black pepper, sea salt, olive oil. Garnish: red potatoes, 1/4 avocado :) yum!

Pork tenderloins (or chicken breast), red potatoes, fresh rosemary, a drizzle of xtra virgin olive oil (or flaxseed oil), sea salt, black pepper. A side of iceberg salad is great with it :)

Today's salad! 1 egg, 4 whites, arugula, sea salt, olive oil and/or flaxseed oil, ground cumin, black pepper, lemon juice! mix and enjoy!!! it is fast and so yummy! (make sure to add the cumin, it makes all the difference :)))

Arugula The Great! one of my top favorite grasses! lol :P especially the wild one that have a stingy taste!
