Asparagus is an awesome weight loss veggie! I LOVE to eat it made this way. oven 430 degrees lightly cover asparagus in olive oil. Use Ms. Dash Seasoning (I prefer Fiesta Lime) bake for about 10-16 min till tender. Then squeeze fresh lemon
