Quinoa Tabouli Salad
Ingredients
1 large bunch parsley
1 cup quinoa
1 large lemon
1/8 cup olive oil
5 medium tomatoes
2 cups boiling water
3 sprigs of spring onion
1 small pinch pepper
1 good pinch herbal seasoning salt
Cottage cheese isn't very exciting, but it's high in protein and great for a quick snack between meals. I add a little sesame seed (toasted) to change it up a bit.
1/30: Good ol' fashion oatmeal. Today I only added a little bit of agave, but usually I add chia seeds, cinnamon and either pomegranates or persimmons.
