Kale beet slaw with cilantro dressing. Kale has twice as protein as meat per calorie. Plus it has fiber phytochemical antioxidants and it is 1000 on the and I score. (Agra nutrients density index). Plus kale is alkaline and not acidic . Necessary ph.
