Sweet Potato Mash Boil 4 sweet potatoes for 30 mins, drain and peel. Mash in bowl with fork, add 2 tbls of Sugar Free syrup, 1 tsp of nutmeg, 1 tsp of Cinnamon, beat with electric mixer until creamy! ENJOY =)

So I have been brewing my coffee like this and thought I would share it with everyone. Once you've poured your coffee grounds into your filter, add about 1/2 tsp of Nutmeg and 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon to it. Stir & brew. No need for sugar/cream. Enjoy!
