Cheat day breakfast of champions: one cup oatmeal w/ one scoop vanilla casein, chopped walnuts / pecans, fresh blueberries, & cinnamon. Delicious!

Saturday Cheat Meal: Whole Wheat Pizza w/ Chicken Breast, Portobellos, BBQ Sauce, & Mozzarella/Cheddar
Mama knows best, so delicious!
A few food items for next week...oatmeal, lean turkey sausage, and all natural tomato sauce not pictured. HAD to take a break from grilled chicken, broccoli, & sweet potatoes...
Look what I got! Ha ha, I did have them in my cart for a while but better judgement prevailed. I did get some cinnamon sugar pita chips though, needed something sweet, if anyone brings up "sweet" potatoes I'm liable to lose it!
Dinner this week - roasted broccoli w/ EVOO and garlic & smashed sweet potatoes w/ pecans and cinnamon - still have to grill 12 chicken breasts.
I'd like my chicken w/ a side of chicken please!
Sunday "Cheat" Dinner: Medium Rare Porterhouse, Sauteed Portobellos, & Sweet Corn w/ Bell Pepper. Delicious & I have vanilla casein pudding that turned out great for dessert later.
