Made this the other night when I had a sweet tooth. Totally took care of the problem! Just a banana, cinnamon and 1/2 tbsp of honey. I only ate half because it was so filling. So good and sooo simple!
Grilled chicken with a slice of melted Swiss and buffalo sauce with green beans! Yumyumyum.
The real super power would be to be able to do that and never gain weight :p
