Cottage Cheese Protein Pancakes = AMAZING!! 2 Whole eggs, 1 cup Cottage Cheese, 1 cup Oatmeal, banana, stevia, honey. Mix into blender in that order, pour batter like a regular pancake. You will love them!
Tupperware everywhere! If you always have pre-made food it makes it easier to keep from cheating if you get hungry in a pinch.

I'd love some comments on what you guys do to spice up your fish. I absolutely hate tuna, and it takes everything to choke down Salmon.....I love Sushi...(ya I don't get it either) Fish is such a great food source for protein and good fats!

280ft up in the air during work, working on a wind turbine. Sometimes we are up there for 5-6hours straight so you have to prepare for the worst. A lot of almonds and whey protein shakes go up tower.

Have your kids help you with your food prep, it does multiple things, makes them get involved, allows you to do it faster, and they usually want to try your foods and they get to eat healthier as well.

Don't let having kids or family be an excuse. Cooler bag with crackers, pop corn and fruit roll ups, but I still bring my Turkey Breast and Asparagus. You gotta want it!

Breakfast and 3 Cups of Brown rice and 3 Beef patties for work I love adding beef during my bulking. We buy a 1/4 cow straight from the farmer and have it taken to the butcher....lean steaks, roast, hamburger all for around $3 a lb.
