Afternoon favorites....coffee and a protein bar. Yummy!
1 scoop Jamie Eason Lean Body for Her Chocolate Protein + 1/2 C oats + 4 egg whites + 1/2 C Pure pumpkin purée + a shake of pumpkin spice + a dash of salt + a dash of baking soda. Mix. Pour into waffle maker. This recipe makes 2 waffles.
Pumpkin Protein Roll!! Yummy!!! :)
