Paleo style french toast: This is a treat and not something you would eat everyday. 2 slices of Paleo Almond Bread which is wheat free, soy free, gluten free, yeast free, high in protein and low in carb. 2 eggs, almond milk, blueberries, strawberries

Egg White Salad Home made Egg Salad: 9 eggs, diced celery, diced red onion, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, pepper, 1tbsp mustard. After boiling eggs remove ALL egg yolks. Chop up egg whites put in bowl and add celery and red onion.
Roast Vege Salad made for a few meals. Bake veges drizzled in olive oil, rosemary and a little sea salt. Turning twice. This is delicious
2nd meal of the day. Chicken breast with herbs mixed greens, dried cranberries and non gmo sesame soy paper
Healthy Dip: 4 boiled eggs (u can just use egg whites), 1/4 onion, 1 celery stick, 1 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 2 tbsp low fat mayo, 2 tbsp yellow mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice. Then blend
If ever I had a craving for a burger I would make these egg muffins. My kids love them too and healthier options for them. Turkey meat, egg and bake in muffin tin at 350f for approx 25mins
Peppers stuffed with sweet potato, a little nitrate free bacon, grated zucchini, diced onion
