Blueberries (sometimes strawberries), protein powder, a little low fat milk and almonds. Sometimes I'll replace the milk with a little orange juice:-)

If you're doing egg whites, these are some of the purest I've ever used. Omelets, protein/pancakes, put in smoothies, use to bake muffiins, whatever. They're not bad to drink either, lol:-)
