Cauliflower puree. Tastes so similar to mashed potatoes but WAY better for you! I add rosemary for extra flavor. Nice Izarg!

Paleo style french toast: This is a treat and not something you would eat everyday. 2 slices of Paleo Almond Bread which is wheat free, soy free, gluten free, yeast free, high in protein and low in carb. 2 eggs, almond milk, blueberries, strawberries

Breakfast: Two boiled eggs, grassfed beef with rosemary and onion powder (drain the beef when cooked), strawberries and blueberries. I am about to workout hence why the fruit this morning.
