Breakfast Cups to Go!
Preheat oven to 375°F
-Spray a muffin pan
-Line each cup with a slice of ham
-Crack a whole egg or egg whites into ham cup
-Top with green peppers and salsa
Bake for 24 mins for a full cooked yolk or less time for aquishy
-1 ½ scoops vanilla protein powder
-3 eggs (or egg whites)
-¼ cup skim milk (or alternative)
-2-3 tbsp whole wheat flour/banana
-2 tbsp peanut butter
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Heat pan to 2 or 3 (no higher)

-Preheat oven to 250°F
-Use a mandoline to slice apple(s)
-Pick out the seeds do not worry about core
-Coat slives in cinnamon(or add sugar/truvia)
-Bake 30mins/flip bake 30 more mins
