Watermelon Breeze: 3 cups cubed chilled watermelon, 1 cup coconut water, squeeze of fresh lime, ice if needed, sprig of mint. Blend! Makes two servings. Perfect drink for a hot day with tons of health benefits :)

Healthy alternative to Dippin' Dots because when summer gets here they are everywhere! I would use greek yogurt :D

Easy quinoa that actually has flavor to it! Replace all natural chicken stock with the water in your recipe. Add one small minced onion and a glove of garlic. That's it! Trust me, it makes quinoa so much better :)

Dessert without the guilt! Mix 1 T of honey and 1 T of water in a bowl-set aside. Lightly drizzle olive oil into a skillet and place sliced bananas in it. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and add honey mixture to pan. Enjoy!
This is so true. Remember, abs are made in the kitchen!!
