Last meal of the night - 6oz Mahi + 1 cup green beans - steamed together with 1 tbsp coconut oil, sprinkled with curry + dill. Ready for bed and feeling fueled! Good night my friends!

AM Meal pre workout with a shot of espresso - 1 egg + 1/2 cup egg whites + spinach + tumeric+curry on 1 ezekiel slice - always playing around with breakfast but this is always my go to!

Big fan of muffin tins! Super easy to create serving size. Protein puffs: 1/2c Whey Protein 2 Whole Eggs 1c Oats 1/3c of milk 1 tsp of Baking Powder cinnamon+stevia berries to top

Blueberry protein pancakes for the win! vanilla protein + 1/3c oats + 1/2 tbsp flaxseeds + 2 tbsp Greek yogurt + 1/2 c coconut milk + 1/2 tsp baking powder + 1/4c blueberries + lots of cinnamon

Egg Puffs: 3 oven baked puffs = 4oz egg whites + 1/4 cup oats + spinach + bell pepper + onion + garlic + pepper to taste. Perfect travel meal - made these at night and ready to grab in AM for the road trip!

Apple pie protein smoothie: 1 scoop vanilla whey powder + 1/4 avocado + 1 pitted date + 1/2 apple + 1/2 cup almond milk + 1/2 cup water + Cinnamon and Stevia to taste. Blend. Add oats for higher carbs or omit date for less sugar. Yummy for breakfast!

Breakfast staple: 1 whole egg + 3oz egg whites + 3oz sweet potato + 1/2 cup spinach + coffee with splash of almond milk. Don't forget the hot sauce!
