Cravings were bad tonight even after this delicious keto dinner! Kept my 70% dark chocolate to 2 squares and now I'm getting in bed! Hopefully they aren't as bad tomorrow.
Wrap-Up of Day 7. Long day at work again followed by a quick run. My goal for week 2 is going to be stretching more! I really don't want to get injured again! I left the gym in a hurry tonight! Not. Good!
