Friday humor. Love chocolate, but its like that saying for Lays potato chips.....you can't just eat one. One leads to to, two leads to three.....so I don't eat it. :(

Went to NC for a function for 6 days. All meals provided. Too many carbs, zero protein. Couldn't wait to get home, restock the frig and cook some real, healthy meals.
Today's choice:salad & grilled lemon pepper talapia.

Workout done. Ready to start on my food prep. Yummy fruits and veggies shown here, but the mixed greens, spinach and chicken breasts were already in the frig. Who's hungry?!

Made some carrot protein bars with Jamie Eason's whey protein isolate shake. These are very tasty and keeps me from eating ice cream and other junk.
