Just a preference. Regular melon Canary melon Honeydew melon are okay but I find Melon Hami is the one that I find the best for my taste. Not too sweet and always crunchy.

Precooked pic. Yes, I make my own snack. 6 scoops of Vanilla protein powder Grated coconut & cassava 2 handful chunks of almond and brazil nuts 2 eggs 2 tsp of cinnamon A can of small can of evaporated and a can of condensed milk.

What’s in your salad? You would be bored with mine. My greens are simply laced with olive oil and black peppers. I simply live and enjoy it. Never really been enticed with salad dressings. Think. Do animals put dressings in their greens?

Yes, I do practice meal prep on my work days. Working in health care pose a great stress in the body. We all know that when the body is stress, you either crave for salt or sugar to appease the stress hormone that leads to weight gain if not mindful.
