Yummy. Made this for lunch today. Although I think julienne or chopped cucumbers would be a very nice touch - the whole recipe is actually 750 calories as it makes two servings.

Paleo:Chicken Shiskabobs. Preheat Oven 425 F. Line pan w/foil. Slice about 3 chicken breasts and 2 cups onions/ mushrooms/ green peppers. Rotate through each ingredient and put on shiskabob sticks. Season w/about 1 tbs. each seasoning. Bake 25-35 min

Paleo Snacks/small meal:Turkey Muffins. Preheat oven 375. Spray cupcake pan. Add about 1-2 cups onion/green pepper to bowl. Add about 1-2 tsp each seasoning. Add about 2 pounds ground turkey. Mix, roll into balls, put in pan. Bake 35-45 minutes.
