I am occasionally a lazy cook. 1)Before bed add chicken breast a little water and seasoning of choice into slow cooker. 2)Turn on low.3) go to bed. 4) wake up to delicious tender chicken with its own little sauce. Add veggies if desired and serve.
Brown rice, chicken, spinach, corn, peas, capsicum, onion, light soy. throw in wok, toss together. top with shredded omelette. Approx 10 cup serves pictured.
Tuna and Asparagus Frittata
500ml egg whites, 2whole eggs , tinned tuna of choice drained, bunch of asparagus. Mix all ingredients except asparagus , spray baking tray with cooking oil, pour into baking tray layer asparagus and bake on 170C set
Steamed Rockling with bok choy.

soy sauce
ginger
palm sugar
shao hsing cooking wine
place all sauce ingredients into a pot and reduce until slightly thick. Use lightly :) all volumes are equal.
