Started the day out right as always! Eggs with kale, spinach, tomato, hot sauce, and pepper. Oats with a little banana and cinnamon. With a big jug of lemon water and a big jug of fresh brewed iced green tea.
Clean food find: summer orange spiced ice coffee from Starbucks. It's made with a real slice of orange and shaken up with cinnamon... None of those artificial flavor shots they usually use. It's only 5 calories if you get it unsweetened.
