Ok. It tastes pretty good not great. 1/2 cup coconut milk poured on top of apples/1cup stevia/tsp cinnamon/tsp ginger/ 3 tbsp coconut flour.. Just nice for pre or post workout high carbs and fat. Topped w/ blueberries. Cover w/ foil bake 375 40 mins
Salad and fish! It does a body good :) long way to go!
