Eat clean babbbby! Pre leg workout fuel!! 4oz baked chicken, 1/4 cup brown rice, 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1/4 cup steamed broccoli and 5 brussel sprouts! BOOM GET IN MA BELLY!

Yummy chicken pasta bake! Easy to make! 1 1/2 cups Ron zone whole wheat angel hair, 1 cup spaghetti sauce, 1 cup shredded chicken breast, 2 tbsp black olives (optional) 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (mix half in, other half on top) bake at 350 for 15 min

Homemade Tuna Patties!! Mix 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, 1/3 cup light mayo, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 2 chopped green onions, and trip of Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce in a bowl then fold in 2 cans of drained tuna. Heat 2 tips of olive oil in a pan and cook!

New I saved those jars for a reason! Overnight oats for breakfast! 1/2 cup dry oats, strawberries and blueberries (about 1/4 cup) and 1/2 cup almond milk!

This is what my crockpot chicken turned into. 5 containers of chicken, homemade refried beans, brown rice and olives. Calories -375, Fat-5g, Carbs - 30g, and Protein - 30g per serving. Yumm!

Meal prep #1 - Lime cilantro marinade for my steak! 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro, 1/4 cup finely diced onion, 2 pressed cloves of garlic, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp red wine vinegar, 1/2 cup squeezed lime juice and a dash of salt and pepper.
