Post workout never tasted so good! PROJYM, POSTJYM, frozen blueberries, flax , water and ice. YUMMIE!!!
Yuuuummmmm! Hickory smoked coho salmon with a crisp kale salad drizzled with balsamic.
Clean eating smoked chicken fajita served in Swiss chard instead of shells and topped with homemade mango salsa. Incredible!!! Nom, nom!!

A big part of what helps me be my #bestself is clean eating. Tonight was coho with fresh roasted green beans and asparagus. Yum!

This is truth! Listening to how your body reacts to what you feed it, will help you pass on the garbage you may be craving. I used to be a sugar addict. I'm now a zero sugar gal and feel so much better!

Keto bread 9 servings 6 whole eggs, 2 cups almond flour, 4 tbs. butter, 3 tsp. baking powder. Whip ingredients thoroughly, pour into a pan sprayed with non stick pan spray, bake in 390* oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
