Mix n Match Salads for work fridge. Leafy Green = Lettuce, Kale and Spinach. Chunked Veggie = Celary, Tomato, Cucumber and Red Cabage. Topping options = Turkey n corn (taco salad!), Shrimp, Pink Salmon, or Grilled Tofu.

Some simple tips to start changing your life.. Eat multiple times a day, every 3 hours at least, drink 1 gallon water per day/ 1/2 while you workout. If you are a female, shoot for 20 grams protein per meal. If you are a male, double it.
