Homemade Protein bars - 30g whey, 120g oats, 30g coconut flour, 100g peanut butter, 50ml milk, 30g honey & 80g 75%+ cocoa to cover. Mix & mould, melt chocolate & dip bars. Freeze for 20minutes until set. Store in fridge.
