Typical lunch for me. I used a pack of Starkist Tuna Salad Light and Full Fat Cottage Cheese over this chopped salad full of veggies. Always high fat and no starch for lunch. Packed with energy and gets me through to my evening workout.
No shells, No problem! This is a high energy meal I use every day to keep my body fat low. Pinch of cheese, heaping teaspoon of whole fat sour cream, and a tablespoon of salsa.
