If your looking to lose weight and add or keep mass this is great! 32 oz of protein and only 200 calories. Shredded salad, 4 oz shredded chicken breast 1 tbsp canola mayo mixed with water makes it cover well. Tastes great,very filling and clean!

I hate plain Quaker oats but mix in Dymatize ISO 100 banana and it's awesome! 260 calories total and 27 grams of carbs and keeps you full.I can go 4 hours on this by then it's about time for my pre workout shake. Want to try cinnamon bun flavor next!

Here is a easy home made Italian dressing with only 25 calories and 2.5 grams of fat! Good seasonings Italian dressing mix, fill cruet With about 6oz Apple cider vinegar, 4oz water and 2 tbsp olive oil. Makes 12 servings without all the chemicals!

Nutri grain - contains about 7 chemicals or more you should not ingest. Contains 120 calories 3G fat, 24g carbs. Large Orange- approx 80 calories and 20g carb plus loaded with 4.2 g fiber which takes longer to digest keeps metabolism going

Many people tend to think these little 120 calorie snacks are heathy and will help loose weight. Wrong! This is not clean eating! If you cannot pronounce the chemicals and compounds they use and do not recognize them as food stay away or look it up!

Worked out this week to the point where I can barely move so I did a little cardio and rested today. It gave me a time to reevaluate my current fitness goals and replan my diet. These are my staple foods so nice to have the info quickly accessable.
