Simple. Clean. Easy. And u can do so many different variations!!! Helps make salads fast food when in a hurry. I prep different varieties for the week and have had them last about 2 weeks.

This is the easiest, delicious dish to make. I prefer quinoa to bulgar because it's higher in protein.
