Quick dinner of wild rice, sautéed heirloom tomato, sweet onion, diced baby bella mushrooms, mung bean sprouts, #seitan cubes, #tofurky Italian sausages, and collards. Made it super spicy tonight with whole chipotles in adoba sauce.
