Amazing salad for lunch at work yesterday. Grilled chicken, local salanova lettuce mix, baby spinach, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts and a basil garlic dressing. All organic.
Top is tofu, sweet snap peas, and Asian quinoa salad. Bottom was yesterday's lunch. Tofu with chipotle sauce, and a salad made of onions, peppers, cucumbers, and avocado with a basil dressing.
Best breakfast ever. Fueling up for legs and glutes. Two eggs, 2egg whites, sautéed red pepper, onion, tomato, 1 slice havarti, 2 slices hot capicollo, on a lavash wrap. **** was it good!!!!
Staying healthy doesn't have to be tasteless. Sautéed mushrooms, carrots, onion, and red cabbage seasoned with ginger, soy sauce and sweet chili. Served with tofu, hoisin sauce and fresh cucumber. I'm so full! Lol
I love this brand of bean spaghettis. They have black bean, adzuki bean, and mung bean pastas also. Four servings to a bag. Perfect macros. Top with sauce of your choice add veg and there is your meal.
