This is the easiest, delicious dish to make. I prefer quinoa to bulgar because it's higher in protein.

Here I have made up some juicy grilled chicken, tomato's, asparagus, onion and one of my fave mushrooms!! :) On the side is a mixture of brown and long grain rice; shredded broccoli stems, cabbage,carrot, & apple, and topped with some nuts! :)
