LOL this is literally the worst when you have a late workout, followed by a late meal prep...morning come, ravaged.
This made me laugh way to hard!
First time using my new dehydrator! Homemade organic no additives mixed fruit roll up! Pre, Post or Cheat snack...depending on your macros!

Paleo food prepping. Breakfast: sweet potato frittata, Lunch: Grilled farm fresh antibiotic hormone free chicken tenders, pomegranate, walnut spinach salad, Dinner:Roasted Herb Salmon, cauliflower & asparagus.
Getting good fats in? This made me laugh.

I love trying new veggies. Roasted carrot, beets & jicama with sautéed shrimp topped with lime cilantro jalapeno almond dressing (olive oil & red wine vinegar)
Wanted to share a dish I love to recreate, its inspired by a dish at Nobu-Vegas, Squid "Pasta" with Light Garlic Sauce (sauteed mushrooms). I love seafood probably eat some kind of seafood 3x a week. Paleo-use coconut aminos

Dieting down suppose to be miserable? Negative. Step-up the culinary game! Bacon Asparagus & Poached egg. I eat Paleo (which is sacrilegious in some circles here). I am a 80/20 (because I supplement with MHP Paleo). Have questions...ask :)
Meal timing and meal prep...freaking consuming!
