Rain, football, rest day, and food prep for me. I made these great salmon patties for the week! Fresh ground salmon, Quinoa Breakfast Flakes, hemp seed, egg whites, shallots, parsley, Mrs, Dash Lemon Pepper, and a few other spices. Clean week for me

This Chicken Cacciatore is uber-licious! Substitute the pasta for spaghetti squash! Promise you won't know the difference!

Remember to eat well today! The gym is only 20 of the component in 'fit'. Resist the urge to eat crap. Your body will thank you!

Eat clean today! Give yourself one hour a week of intelligent badness. Cheats should be clean but a yummy reward for all of your hard work. Don't trash it by over indulging.

Egg Whites Extraordinaire! Six different choices, no boring, all healthy. Use a large muffin pan (holds 4 egg whites each) and add broccoli, asparagus, turkey bacon, NF cheese, red peppers, cilantro, the lower one are lined with rolled out Ezekiel!
